100 days sleep trial

We believe everyone needs a “right” mattress. As a result, if you are not completely happy and satisfied with your KingKoil Galax Mattress purchase within 100 days of receiving your mattress, we will be happy to process the return and refund for you.

To be eligible for a return or refund, please read following Terms & Conditions:

  1. To eligible for a mattress return, the payment must be made in full and you have tried your KingKoil Galax mattress at least 25 nights. Generally, it takes 3-4 weeks for your body to get used to a new mattress. Therefore, we hope you can sleep on your new mattress for at least 25 nights before you decide to return your KingKoil Galax Mattress.

  2. The 100 days sleep trial is limited to one mattress per household and it cannot be used to exchange a different size mattress. If you purchased a wrong size and model of KingKoil Galax mattress, you have no right to return your mattress at all.

  3. Proof of purchase (i.e. receipt) must be presented for return and refund. Please email to cs@kingkoil.com.my including the order number and reason for return. We will schedule a pickup date and time for you.

  4. We reserve the right to reject any return, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable. Other than that, you might also be prohibited from purchasing our products in the future.

  5. The returned mattress should be wrapped securely with its original plastic packaging/other wrapper to avoid the mattress from getting dirty or damage during transportation. A Compensation fees (15%-30% of the mattress price) will be charged to the customer for mattress cleaning and repair purposes.

  6. If the mattress has been damaged and not in good condition, you will not be granted a refund or return.  King Koil will evaluate the condition of the returned mattress to comply with the requirements under the return policy. The refund will take around 5-7 days after the mattress has been returned to the warehouse and it will be refunded to you via the method of payment you preferred during checkout.

  7. You are not eligible to request a refund if your mattress was not purchased from KingKoil Bedding (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.

  8. The mattress pick up location should share the same address as the delivery location. This service only valid within Peninsula Malaysia and Penang (except P.O.BOX address, East Malaysia, Langkawi and other islands) where KingKoil Galax mattress sells and delivers.

  9. Our mattress return service is available within Klang Valley only.

  10. Our 100 days sleep trial is not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
