We have different sizes for each mattress: 
King: 33 x 33 x 193 cm
Queen: 33 x 33 x 162 cm
Super Single: 33 x 33 x 117 cm
Single: 33 x 33 x 101 cm

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom sizes at the moment.

The mattress thickness is 32 cm (12.6 inches) for Galax Luna and 28 cm (11 inches) for Galax Stella.

The mattress comes in four different sizes with specific weights: 

King- 42kg

Queen – 34.5kg

Super Single – 24.5kg

Single – 21kg

2. Mattress Info

We are manufactured in Malaysia.

King Koil Galax Roll pack mattress is made of Individual Pocketed Coil System which return to its original height and strength when unpacked due to its strong elasticity without damaging its core structure.

We use advanced vacuum compression technology to package and roll our mattresses to fit into a compact box. Once released from its packaging, the mattress will expand and return to its original size within 24 hours.

We have 2 types of mattresses with compressed and roll-packed – Galax Luna and Galax Stella. For different types of mattresses, you may visit www.kingkoil.com.my

3. Unboxing

The unboxing of the mattress is quick and easy – just follow these simple steps below:

  • Move your mattress to your desired room of installation before unboxing.
  • Slide the mattress out and place it at the end of your bed base.
  • Carefully cut the plastic layer by using the King Koil blade provided. Follow the sticker guideline and unroll your mattress.
  • Watch the magic happened! It takes 24 hours for it to expand, however, it’s safe to sleep on when it looks comfortable and ready.

Unpack your mattress in your desired room of installation before you start unboxing it.

Once you take your mattress out of the box, it will be fully expanded in 24 hours. However, you may sleep on when it looks comfortable and ready.

King Koil Galax mattress can store up to 6 months if remains unboxing after purchase.
We recommend you to sleep on the mattress a couple of hours later after unboxing. After 24 hours, your mattress will have fully taken shape and will perform at its best! Don’t forget to put on the bed sheets.
King Koil mattress does not need to flip. However, we recommend to rotate the mattress 180 degrees every 3-6 months to maximise performance and durability.

We recommend spot cleaning using a slightly-damp cleaning cloth and
air-dry it naturally or using a blow dryer on low heat settings.

4. Trial

We offer a 100 days sleep trial for both mattresses, Galax Luna & Galax Stella. This means you can try the mattress within 100 days in your own home. 5. Payment

Yes, we accept all visa or Mastercard issued by bank.

We accept all Visa, MasterCard and online banking with major local banks.

Unfortunately, at the moment our systems don’t accept AMEX cards.

6. Instalment Payment

Currently we do not offer instalment payment plan.

7. Purchase & Shipping

You can shop at our website. Place the order directly at www.kingkoil.com.my. We will ensure the product(s) is/are safely shipped to your place.

For deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia, the delivery will be done by our appointed transporter.

The mattress weight from 21 kg to 42 kg depending on the size. If you think you’ll struggle with carrying it, we recommend inviting someone over to help.

Free Shipping within Peninsular Malaysia and Penang.

We deliver each order to one delivery address within Peninsular Malaysia and Penang. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide delivery to PO Box, East Malaysia, Langkawi and all other islands.

Currently we do not ship outside Malaysia.

For the time being we do not ship to East Malaysia.

Yes, we are able to assist you to schedule delivery. However, the delivery time frame is subject to availability. You can call us at 03-31221866 or email us at cs@kingkoil.com.my for more info.

The delivery address can be changed as long as your order has not been dispatched for delivery. Once dispatched, it may be difficult for us to change the details, but do get in touch with us and we’ll see how we can help.

If you’re in Klang Valley, we can deliver to you on Saturdays. 
For outstation, will follow the weekly trip arrangement, but might not fall on Saturday.

Yes, you’ll have to be home for the delivery. However, If the customer is ordering the mattress for their family members or friends as gift, do give us the details of the recipient; full name, I/C No. and contact number.

You can inform us earlier and we can arrange another date that suites your schedule.

Orders are delivered by KingKoil Logistics team from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and public holidays. Delivery normally takes between seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days, unless stipulated otherwise. During peak online sales, promotional periods and festive seasons, orders and deliveries may take longer time.

8. Return

To eligible for a mattress return, the payment must be made in full and you have tried your KingKoil Galax mattress at least 25 nights. Generally, it takes 3-4 weeks for your body to get used to a new mattress. Therefore, we hope you can sleep on your new mattress for at least 25 nights before you decided to return your KingKoil Galax Mattress.
This return policy shall NOT apply to damages resulting from normal wear and tear and existence of any of the following circumstances shall make the foregoing warranty null and voided:
  • If the product is found to be unsanitary
  • When product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or material.
  • Any queen or king size mattress and/or foundation that is used on a frame or bed rails without a centre support rail and having legs that touch the floor.
  • If the product has any damage to the outer fabric of the cover, including wear and tear.
  • If this product is used for commercial purposes, unless specifically designed and built for commercial use.
  • If purchaser does not present proof of purchase.
  • If the product is damaged due to use with an inadequate foundation. This mattress is designed for optimal performance when used in conjunction with a matching foundation as part of a total sleep system. In addition, this Product Warranty shall not apply to “as is” models, distressed mattresses or handles. Handles are only intended to assist in positioning the mattress.

We do not allow any exchanges on sizes and between mattresses.

There’s no need to keep the original box but please wrapped the mattress securely with its original plastic packaging/other wrapper to avoid the mattress from getting dirty or damage during transportation. A Compensation fees (15% – 30% of the mattress price) will be charged to the customer for mattress cleaning and repair purposes.

King Koil will evaluate the condition of the returned mattress to comply with the requirements under the return policy. The refund will take around 5 – 7 days after the mattress has been returned to the warehouse and it will be refunded to you via the method of payment you preferred during checkout.

Share us the supporting documents; a receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return request, you may email them together with your order number and the reason for the return. We will later schedule for a pickup date and time available.

Returned or used mattresses are never resold or re-sent to customers. They will be sent for professional recycling or disposal.

9. Warranty

King Koil mattresses are covered by a 15-year warranty from the date of delivery and collection. This warranty is not transferable and covers only the original purchaser who continues to be the owner of the product.

King Koil offer a product warranty against defects in manufacturing (except fabric). This Pro-Rated warranty extends only to the original purchaser and it is only valid within Malaysia.

10. Disposal

We offer our customers the service of FREE disposal of old mattress. We will pick up your old mattress on the day your brand new King Koil mattress is delivered to your home. The transporter appointed by King Koil will only dispose the old mattress, excludes the old furniture or bedframe from your home.
