Do I need to keep and return the mattress box?

There’s no need to keep the original box but please keep the plastic wrap to avoid the mattress from getting dirty or damaged during transportation. Failure to do so, a compensation fees (for cleaning and repair purposes) of 15%-30% on the purchase price to be borne by the customer and this amount will be deducted from the refund amount immediately.
